What is CaskAid?
An app for your cellar. It follows every cask from delivery to last pint, reminds you what needs doing, and keeps all your records in one place.
It runs on any phone, tablet or computer. There's nothing to download.
What's in it for my pub?
Less beer poured away, fewer jobs forgotten, and records ready whenever the inspector walks in. Plus a team that knows what it's doing, even when the cellar person is off.
What do you do, FRED?
From Friday 16 October, I'll be on every screen of the app. Pint not right? Tell me what's happening. I check your own records first, then take you through the likely causes, one step at a time.
I'll show new starters how to do any cellar job, and I'll give you a nudge before things go wrong, like a cask going on before it's ready.
Is it hard to set up?
Not at all. About 10 minutes: add your pumps and the casks you've got in, and you're away. I'll show you round the first time you open it.
How much is it?
From £9.99 a month per pub. You get everything free for 14 days first, and you don't need a card to start.
Can I have a look first?
Of course. Try the demo pub: a pretend pub with a year of cellar records to poke around in. You can already say hello to me in there.

Good to know
Do I need to download anything?
No. CaskAid runs in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app — and turn on phone reminders.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You choose a plan (Pin, Firkin or Kilderkin) and add a card. If you don't, your account simply pauses — nothing is taken without you choosing a plan.
Can the whole team use it?
Yes. On Pin and Firkin, the team can share one login on a cellar tablet and pick their name so the log shows who did what. On Kilderkin, everyone gets their own login.
Is CaskAid part of Cask Marque?
No — CaskAid is independent and isn't connected to or endorsed by Cask Marque. The self-checks are based on the kind of standards an inspector looks for, to help you stay ready. Always follow Cask Marque's official guidance.
Where is my data kept?
Securely in the UK (London), and it's only visible to your team. Shared reports never include prices, notes or contact details, and you can switch a shared link off at any time.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account — no contract and no cancellation fee.
