How can we help?

For anything to do with CaskAid.
Common problems
The app looks out of date, or a button does nothing
Close CaskAid completely and open it again (on a phone, swipe it away first). On a computer, refresh the page. This fetches the latest version.
I can't sign in
Check you're using the email address you signed up with. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? to set a new one, or Email me a sign-in code instead. Sign-in emails can land in your junk or spam folder.
The sign-in link in my email opens the wrong app or browser
Links in emails often open in a different browser from the one you started in. The easiest fix is to sign in with your email and password instead. If you haven't set a password yet, use the link once, on the same device, then set one.
I've been invited to join a pub's team
Open CaskAid, tap Join a pub team or head office, and use the email address you were invited with. Type the 6-digit invite PIN from your manager. A PIN works once and runs out after 7 days; after 5 wrong tries joining pauses for 15 minutes. If yours has run out, ask your manager for a new invite from Account & team.
It says my email already has a login
Each email can only have one CaskAid login. Choose I already have a login and sign in with its password. If you've forgotten it, use the sign-in screen to reset it.
Changing your plan, card or cancelling
Go to the owner's Account & team menu, under Subscription. You can switch plans, update your card, see invoices or cancel there, any time.
Adding or removing people
Owners, managers and head office can invite people, change their level and remove them from Account & team.
When you email, it helps to include
- The name of your pub and the email address you sign in with
- Whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer, and which browser or the home-screen app
- What you were doing, and what happened (or didn't)
- A screenshot, if you can
